Gob, gob

Thanksgiving has passed. We woke up and played some. We watched the parade, a staple of my childhood. We had to be at G's family pretty early and needed to get out of the house but she heard "coming up next, Sesame Street" and freaked out. We had to stay to see them. This is what happened.

As you can see by the picture she is big on baby dolls lately. We went to bed with three this past week.

I think she may be a girly- girl. That's ok by me.

We feed our babies too.

She is my mini-me who wears my shoes whenever she can and drinks from my water bottle.

What a silly girl!

She is big on animal sounds. She can tell you a turkey says "gob, gob" and many other sounds including dogs, cats and monkeys. She says so many words these days. She likes screaming "Lola" this weekend because she is in town with my sister. Her biggest word is "hotdog" because she loves the hotdog Mickey Mouse Club House dance. (God, help us all.)

Halloween 2014

Halloween year two went well. Abby was a bit confused by the whole process but seemed to enjoy it. She didn't want to wear her witch hat much but still looked cute.

We had a black out pep rally at school that day so I brought home glow sticks for her. She thought they were pretty cool. She also loves the zombies in the yard. She waves and says "hi" to them all the time.

The fireman came to the HOA's Halloween party and had a little parade through the neighborhood.  They came right by the house with the big hook and ladder truck. She enjoyed waving to them.

The school year is in full swing and kicking my butt. I love my kids but they wear me out so I look rough after a long day at school.

She grabbed my purse and her sunglasses the other day and told us "bye" and walked out of the room. My mini-me... When I picked her up from daycare today she had not one but TWO purses while she walked around the room. Totally mommy's girl who gets a love of handbags and shoes from her great-grandma.

She can identify many body parts which she does all. the. time. She will point to and tell you eye, mouth, nose, head, hair, toes, feet, belly button, ear, fingers and neck. She calls everything but bananas an apple.

This is a random from the day we got killed by Alabama. We (her and I) gave up and went for a walk instead of watching the slaughter. She's not so sure of being in the swing but seems to like walks.
